Introduction
Mindfulness Meditation with Tara Brach Ph.D. is a nine-step program focusing on developing better mindfulness techniques in your meditation practice as well as in your day-to-day life.
During the meditations, using your iom2, sit still, avoid talking, chewing, drinking, etc. practice slow, deep regular breaths and watch your score increase. Each step is replayable, so you can return time and time again to continue raising your score.
The more you meditate with Mindfulness Meditation the more you will become familiar and in tune with your body’s state of relaxation and your breathing cycle.
Login & Gameplay
Enter your email address and password to begin the program.
Once you login and arrive on the Home screen, you will have three options: “Start”, “Settings" and "Quit”. Once you begin the program, another option will appear, titled “Continue My Journey”.
To begin, select “Start”. At any time you can quit, and your progress will be saved.
You will be taken to the Home screen. where you can see all nine steps. We suggest starting with the first one and making your way to the ninth.
