Introduction
Relaxing Rhythms is best enjoyed using your iom2 biofeedback device.
Relaxing Rhythms is a 15- step program which of four parts in each of the 15 individual steps:
One Inspirational Message –
a short descriptive passage designed to introduce you to the focus of the step and act as an inspiration
Two each Guided Trainings –
where you will receive guided meditations from Relaxing Rhythms expert mentors.
One Practice Event –
an active feedback graphing opportunity to meditate and reflect on the meditations you have just heard.
Take your time as you progress through each step, or if you only have a few moments simply select one of the events to enjoy. There is no wrong path on this journey.
Login & Gameplay
Enter your email address and password to begin the program.
Once you login and arrive on the Home screen, you will have three options: “Start”, “Settings" and "Quit”. Once you begin the program, another option will appear, titled “Continue My Journey”.
To begin, select “Start”. At any time you can quit, and your progress will be saved.
Next, you will be asked to Choose Your Journey, where there are three options - Guided Training, Self Exploration and the iom Grapher. Feel free to venture through any of the options, however, we find it relaxing to go through the Guided Training first, followed by Self Exploration, using the Grapher on those busy days, when we don't have much time to spare.
Guided Training
Here you will be taken to the 15-step program. Click on the step you wish to do. All steps are unlocked and available at all times so they don’t need to be done sequentially, however, we find it most rewarding to follow along with the steps in order.

Self Exploration
Self Exploration allows you to create your own personal Relaxing Rhythms practice. By going through the five sections, you can explore additional guided meditations applied with the iom Grapher.
iom2 Grapher
Using the Grapher, you are able to see your physiological states applied in real time. Here, you will see your heart rate (BPM) and Resonance scores clearly laid out on the graph. Use this time to see how well you are able to clear your mind and get into a relaxed parasympathetic state. Also, notice what happens when your mind drifts.
