If your iom2 sensor is found to be defective and it is within one year of purchase, we will send a pre-paid return label to you for return of the device. Upon return, we will ship a new iom2 replacement.
We have found that most problems thought to be a device issue can be solved with one of our easy to perform troubleshooting procedures.

If your iom2 device is beyond one year from the date of purchase, and you want to purchase a replacement, please contact us.
If the Ear Clip attachment gets damaged, broken or the signal quality is poor, a replacement Ear Clip is inexpensive ($9.99) and simply plugs in as an easy fix.

If you have an older device, we often have found that a firmware upgrade can solve problems.
For many device issues, a system reset can be the solution.
For some users, it can be a Sensor Sensitivity and Calibration situation.
