Thanks for joining us on this 15-Step journey to improve your well-being and to help you live a happier, more balanced life. Below is an outline we would like to share with you so that you are prepared to get the most out of this experience.

- Each day you will receive an email directing you to log in to receive that day’s content.
- This is a completely free program, with no obligation to purchase anything, ever.
- Please make note of your login details now, if you have not already done so.
- Each Step will be around a particular topic. When you log in, you will receive an introduction, and inspiration, and two guided practices in the form of streaming audio files. These can be delivered to your computer or other compatible device such as tablet or smartphone.
- Please allow 20-25 minutes of time each day to take in each of the experiences you will receive.
- You will be able to revisit the content later and take as much time as you like to revisit your favorite teachings multiple times. Also, if you miss a day, you won’t miss out. Just log in, and the teachings will be there for seven days after their initial release day.
- The free program is available for 22 days from your start day. That’s all 15 steps and days plus an additional 7 days in case you miss or want to repeat a day’s step.
Additional things to note:
- Once registered, your login details will remain the same unless you decide to change them
- Once you have registered simply click HERE to login.
- You may access the daily program at any time you wish from your compatible Android or iPhone, iPad, tablet, or PC/Mac computer.
- The videos will automatically start playing on PC or Mac computers. If you are on smartphone or tablet the videos will not automatically start and you will need to press the play arrow to begin the step. This is to avoid unintentional use of your data plan on mobile devices.
- The program consists of 15 daily steps.
- New content is available each day of the program. The date each day is available to you is listed above each video (see example below)
- Once a step is available to you, it will be available the entire duration of the program and can be repeated as many times as you would like during the program
Once you select a step you will be taken to a page that has the video as well as additional information regarding that day’s message and lesson (See “Step 1” example below).
